It is McCoy's belief, that one of the easiest ways to bring people together, is with food. In his family, friends, work, and during travels across the globe, he sees it everywhere. Nothing brings people together like good food. Aspiring to open, own and run, his own local bakery and restaurants, McCoy hopes to bring a little more joy and happiness to the world, one plate at a time.
